TASTING NOTES: Amber to dark amber color. Floral, with malted and toasty tones, intense and persistent. Sweet taste with salty notes. Very viscous liquid feel with very slow or non-existent crystallization.

PAIRING: Ideal for meats, dried nuts, cured cheeses, toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil, and spiced roasts.
