AGRICULTURE AND PRODUCTION

ARTISIAN HONEY

Extra virgin olive oil, red Wine, red Wine vinegar, Avila beef… Honey Marqués de Valdueza adds another link to the chain of artisanal products that the Marquis of Valdueza produces on his estates in Extremadura and Avila.
In all of them, we look for organoleptic excellence and produce them only by means that thoroughly respect the environment that surrounds us.

The bee’s labor not only gives us an excellent product but also carries out the pollination that is fundamental for the ecosystem of our estates. The presence of bees and the production of honey have been very usual at the estates of the Marquis of Valdueza and his ancestors for many generations.

Elaboration process

Obtained from the states of the Marquis of Valdueza in Extremadura
and Ávila. Before packaging, the honey receives no more processing other than heating to less than 40ºC to facilitate its handling, decantation, and bottling. Given that the honey has not been subjected to any physical or chemical treatment, in time it will tend to recuperate its original, solidified state. If you prefer, it can be easily liquefied by applying heat by placing the jar in warm water.
